As America prepares to celebrate our freedom this 4th of July, I want to take a moment to thank the many men and women who selflessly sacrifice for that freedom, both at home and abroad. But this is not only a time of celebration in our country; it is an opportunity to remember the eternal freedom all of us have been given in Christ. It is my prayer that during the fireworks and barbeques you will remember His selfless sacrifice. Because it is through that sacrifice that you and I have the freedom to discover the full and exciting life that God has in store for us.
